Dual Cure Strong Resin Adhesive Luting Cement

INDICATION:For permanent cementation of crowns and bridges, root posts and adhesive bridges. It can also be used for the restoration of all anterior and posterior class III, V, IV, II and I cavities.
CONTRAINDICATION: In rare cases (delayed and long term) product may cause hypersensitivity or allergy in some people. If such reactions are experienced, discontinue use of the product and refer to physician.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Evaluate the exact size of restoration by removing the temporary restorationand cleaning the tooth with fluoride free Prophy paste. Rinse thoroughly withwater and air dry. Evaluate the size fit and do any adjustment if required.After totally cleaning tooth etch it with Acid Etch gel.
Rinse thoroughly and remove surface water with air, do not over dry it.Apply adhesive to the surface with brush for about fifteen seconds. Air thinsthe adhesive for two to three seconds. Remove the excessive adhesive withthe dry applicator brush, and light cure for ten seconds.
Set Time: Light cure for 45 seconds
Application of Merge Cem as restorative materials (secondary use):
Use the double barrel syringe to fill the prepared retentive cavity .With the use of auto-mixing needle and bent dispensing needle the material can be dispensed on the right place. Take care to fill from base upwards avoiding any voids. Fill in increments of 3mm and light cure before adding the next layer. Apply controlled pressure to dispense the material. If allergy occurs discontinue use.
CEMENT APPLICATION:
Working time self-curing: Minimum 2 Minutes Self curing time: 5 Minutes
Light curing: 45 Sec.
FINISHING AND POLISHING:
Remove the excess polymerised product with finishing burr and polish themargin with suitable polishing system

INDICATION:Merge Cem Ortho is a bonding cement for orthodontics, crown bridges and appliances to tooth surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Preparation of tooth:
Tooth should be polished with pumice and water.
Dry the tooth but do not desiccate.
Apply tooth conditioner and spread with air from syringe. (For bands they should be roughed by sand blasting as per manufactures instructions. Porcelain, zirconium appliance should be micro blasted and silated according to manufacturer’s instructions to enhance adhesion.
Apply paste mixed material to fitting surface of appliance and seat firmly on tooth.
Remove access at rubber stage. Protect adjacent tooth with smear of Vaseline.
Chemical cure product will set in 5-6 minutes.
Light cure material can be set on command for 30 seconds.
If brackets drift, then tack with 3-5 seconds of curing light (470nm)

LC material: 2x 2.5ml double barrel syringes with 10 mixing tips plus 10 intraoral tips
CAUTION:Mergebond contains acrylates and polyadycrylic acids and other acrylic monomers.
CAUTION: In case of contact with skin/eyes, wash with plenty of water and use eye washer as necessary. Seek medical advice if necessary.
STORAGE:Always keep under dry conditions and away from direct sunlight.
