Phos Cem 100g Powder 50ml Liquid

A high performance zinc oxyphosephate cement. This product complies ISO 1566, type I class II.

FOR THE FOLLOWING USES:

For crown bridge and inlay permanent cementation.

Cavity lining under all restorations.

Cementation of orthodontic appliances and splints.

DOSING RATIOS AND MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

PHOS-CHEM should be mixed to the following ratios, 1.30g powder to 0.5ml of liquid mixing time to be 1-1.30 minutes. Work the powder and liquid for 2 minutes.

METHOD:

Put the measured amounts powder and liquid on to a glass mixing slab.

The powder should be mixed gradually in small amounts at a time using a stainless steel Spatula into a liquid.

Thoroughly mix each portion of powder before adding the next.

When correctly mixed the luting cement should have a smooth creamy consistency with an adequate flow, and thick putty like consistency for lining purpose.

To obtain optimum physical properties, maximum powder should be added to the liquid.

For a particular purpose .Please not that higher temperatures peed the setting.

CAUTIONS:

As the liquid contains Orthophosphoric Acid therefore avoid any contact with eyes or skin.

If splashes occurred wash immediately with water and if necessary seek medical advice.

Keep liquid bottle highly closed after use.

Store it in a cool dry place.
