Sensidont is indicated for topical application to
relieve sensitivity around cervical area or exposed sensitive
cementum. It contains appropriate percentage of Sodium
fluoride 5%, Potassium chloride, Potassium nitrate and Strontium
chloride.

Sensidont is an advanced formulated product used for desensitization of cervical area and erosion. It contains formula that works as a nerve-calming agent as well as a barrier. It works as tooth varnish.
APPLICATION: Sensidont is indicated for topical application to relieve sensitivity around cervical area or exposed sensitive cementum. Sensidont contains appropriate percentage of Sodium fluoride, Potassium chloride, Potassium nitrate and Strontium chloride.
METHOD:
Teeth should be polished with oil free Prophy paste to remove any tartar.
Isolate, clean & dry teeth.
Squeeze appropriate amount of Sensidont on sensitive tooth/teeth.
Use a suitable brush to make a thin layer of paste on sensitive parts of teeth.
Dry gently by a stream of air.
Instruct patients to avoid solid food, alcoholic drink, brushing and flossing for couple of hours.
CAUTIONS: Sensidont is containing colophony therefore avoid its application in case of known sensitivity to colophony because colophony may be inhibit the polymerization of composite therefore wipe off any residue of paste with ethanol containing cloth before filling in composite materials. Avoid use of any product contains fluoride on the day of treatment.
Do not swallow varnish.
Do not use after expiry date.
